The first Fair&Precious films shot in 2022 are now available

The operation of the Fair&Precious marketing program is based on a positioning, commitments, concepts, supports, the involvement of beneficiaries, the development of partnerships, but also on content.  Among these contents, the "media library", essentially composed of videos and photographs, must be renewed regularly to maintain the program's appeal to the targeted public. The production of these reports should allow for the continuation of a dynamic and attractive communication shared with all of the program's partners: companies, institutions, media, NGOs, the general public... In 2022, 4 films have been made or are being made. Today we present the film "Ecosystem Services", as well as the testimonies from the two spokespersons of Fair&Precious, Edwige Eyang and Norbert Gami.

The themes of the films are as follows:

  • Ecosystem services (preservation of fauna and flora, fight against illegal activities, creation of additional income...)
  • The sustainability of the exploitation (forest management plans, removals and sections, rate of reconstitution, diversification of species...)
  • The local populations and employees (health and education actions, economic development initiatives...)
  • The sector approach with consumption in Europe (architects, manufacturers, public buyers...)

The first three films were shot in Africa (in certified concessions) with the concomitant realization of photo reports to complete the media library of Fair&Precious and the last one will be shot in Europe, in principle in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany.
